We will do our best to accommodate common allergies, such as gluten-free or lactose intolerant. To avoid the possibility of a child being unable to partake in any of the provided snack foods, we encourage parents of children with uncommon allergies, as well as those with multiple allergies, to send suitable snacks along with their children.

While we are in operation, the only adults permitted into the Children’s Program are Children’s Program Volunteers, Convention Team Members, and our First Aid nurse. Details of the security system will be provided upon registration.

Our volunteers are what makes the Children’s Program happen, and we are always looking for good helpers! If you are interested in helping please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Volunteers gain free access to the main convention, and there will be a thank-you meal hosted for Children’s Program Volunteers Saturday evening.
