Register for AHEA Convention 2018

Registration entitles you to attend all sessions, exhibitor workshops, and the exhibit hall on Thursday April 6th, Friday April 7th, and Saturday April 8th.

Mail-in and Online Early-Bird registration opens on October 1st, 2017.
There is a $10.00 Cancellation/Transfer Fee prior to March 1st, 2018. No cancellations or transfers will be accepted after March 1st, 2018.

Single Membership with Convention Entry: $90
Couple Membership with Convention Entry: $125
One Parent with One Child/Youth Convention Entry Fee (includes 1 membership): $135
Family Convention Entry Fee — One Parent (includes 1 membership): $150
Family Convention Entry Fee — Two Parents (includes 2 memberships): $175
Shop-Only on Saturday Afternoon: $30 per person

Graduation Ceremony (Regalia and certificate included): $50 per graduate
Chocolate with Encouragement for Moms: $10 per person
Dad's Breakfast: $10 per person

Optional Labs for Youth (Free sessions will be running concurrently with all labs):
Youth First Aid Lab: $5 per student
Youth Drawing Lab: $5 per student
Youth Photography Lab: $5 per student
Youth Dissection Lab: $15 per student

Optional 2-Day Children’s Program for ages 5-12: $50 per child
